PAYMENTS

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We use STRIPE payment system and accept all major credit cards.


DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

At the moment we do not charge any sales tax.

However, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Ellee Designs is not responsible for any delays due to customs.


IS MY INFORMATION SECURE?

Ellee Designs is a secure site.  All personal information submitted to Ellee Designs is encrypted using SSL technology.  All credit cards are processed through a secure payment gateway (STRIPE).  Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email, with your order number, and receipt.  We do not store credit card information, and we will never share your information with anyone.

 

ORDERING

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME ON ORDERS?

Your order will take APPROXIMATELY 4-7 business days to produce. You will receive an email letting you know when your order has been shipped and when you can expect to receive it.


CAN I SEE WHAT MY DESIGN WILL LOOK LIKE BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER?

Unfortunately we cannot provide proofs prior to ordering.

 

SHIPPING

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP?

Shipping times will vary depending on what country you are shipping to.

We use several shipping providers to make sure the product gets delivered as soon as possible.

Tracking number will be provided for all orders.

WHAT ARE YOU RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICIES?

Due to the personalization and custom nature of our products, order returns are generally not accepted. We are only able to accept returns of defective merchandise, or a mistake on our end. In those cases, a corrected replacement is sent out.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 of merchandise receipt. We also must receive the merchandise back within a specified time (given to us by you) before we will send a replacement.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
